At Smart & McKenzie nothing gets in the way of you and your needs. Whether you are buying, selling or renting real estate you will always be treated as our top priority. We have been selling homes in in Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Davidson, Forestville, Beacon Hill, Allambie Heights, Killarney Heights, Oxford Falls & Terrey Hills for over the past 50 years.

Frenchs Forest is located just 12km North of Sydney CBD.  It is an elevated area (110m) of roughly 9 square kilometres spread along ridge lines and surrounded by native bushland.  Eastern parts of the Forest have district views towards the Pacific Ocean.  The area is mainly residential with much of the developement occuring since 1960.  The 2001 Australian survey showed Frenchs Forest future postcode having 12,435 residents and neighbouring Forestville 7,510 residents.   The Southern boundary borders  Middle Harbour and its attractive foreshores with little or no development, but the recent construction of medium density apartments along Warringah Road has lead the change in housing and lifestyle in the area.   On the west side we have Davidson, a relatively young suburb having been heavily settled since 1980 and to date there are approximately 400 homes.    Davidson started life as a mining quarry,  the leafy suburb is surrounded on 3 sides by Garigal National Park where Flora and Fauna thrive.  To the North we have the popular suburb of Belrose and the new developement of Austlink Business Park.

Forestway is the main Shopping Centre with other shopping centres at Glenrose and Forestville Shoping Centre plus there are a number of strip shops located in Sorlie Road, Bantry Bay, Skyline and Ralston Avenue, these shopping areas also have many fine local resturants.

The Forest area as it known ,is well serviced by schools, sporting facilities, there is an Olympic sized indoor heated pool at the Warringah Aquatic Centre in nearby Allambie.  Bus transport (Forest Coach Lines) service the area, and there are a number of churches of different denominations.  The area is also fortunate to have the popular Glen Street Theatre and the Frenchs Forest Showground for equestrian and show dog events, market days, fairs and exhibitions.  Frenchs Forest offers plenty of activities with the surrounding bushland and the Northern  Beaches only 10minutes away.  It is an enviromentally friendly area and considered a desirable place to bring up a family.
